3 Bullshit Excuses You MUST Give Up


Does this sound like you?

I’m going to start over Monday. I’m just going to do it this time….but come Wednesday you begin to let your mind fill your thoughts of all the reasons you can’t.

Do you have good “intentions” and feel optimistic, but then life happens?

Are you hungry...hungry enough to succeed no matter what?

Are you ready to commit?

Commit - means no matter what or until…

Three bullshit excuses you need to give up today.They are weak ass cop-outs, and you, my dear, are so much stronger than that b.s. Promise.

  1. ‘I don’t feel like it.” Well if you don’t ‘feel’ like it now you won’t feel like it more later. You can’t wait until you feel like it. You will not succeed. You need to get control of your emotions i.e. ‘feelings’ and not let them control you. Your focus affects your emotions, and reprogramming your subconscious to focus on action rather than feelings.

  2. “I’m too tired.” Laziness breeds laziness… Now I’m not saying you're lazy. I am saying that ‘doing’ will create energy. If you train yourself to take action even when you don’t desire to you will create a new neural pathway forming a habit without thinking,

  3. “I deserve a break.” No you deserve to take care of yourself. You deserve to be healthy, confident, strong and to feel sexy. You deserve to eat foods that will support your vitality and make you look more vibrant and youthful. And you deserve to live a life without disease, pain and disappointment.

It’s your perspective that is getting in the way of your success. These are habits your subconscious mind and body have fallen into.

When it comes down to it what we are talking about is far less about weight loss- that's just a wonderful and inspiring side effect.

It’s about becoming who you were meant to be a little more everyday.

What do you define as success?

Know this - you are not successful if you are not happy - happy right here and now.

Not some magical time in the future when you finally reach a goal.

Do your excuses add happiness, or guilt and disappointment to you life?

Then there is your answer. Do the work and reap the benefits of a happy and successful life.
