How to Prime and rewire your subconscious mind to succeed.

 

Simple repeated audio suggestion is the secret to reaching the subconscious mind - starting with priming.

 

Every morning while you are getting ready listen to or speak out loud empowering messages of what you want to focus on, how you want to feel and the actions you are going to take.

 

I listen to audio books on personal growth or inspirational youtube clips while getting ready, grocery shopping or sometimes instead of music at the gym - and whenever I feel negative self talk bubbling up trying to sabotage me.

 

I also, have a statement I wrote out that I read out loud first thing every morning and right before bed.stating what I am going to accomplish and how I am going to do it. You should to!

 

And this can be applied to any goals you want to accomplish, not just weight loss and living a healthier lifestyle. Right now my focus has shifted to my business endeavors and helping women rewire their brains for success like I have done...and continue to do daily.

 

It has been life changing to learn how to rewire my subconscious and finally overcome the real reason I felt stuck and unfulfilled.

 

Priming and rewiring your subconscious is a daily necessity, You will begin to feel different. You will begin to believe things are possible. It’s not an overnight fix. It take consistency, a hunger and a higher standard to commit yourself to personal growth, overcoming your story and taking back control.
